1、主要结构：本振动筛主要由架体、筛板、振动电机、弹簧、防震聚氨酯座等部分组成。

本机设备除动力部分外，全部采用优质的SUS304不锈钢制作。

2、主要工作原理：物料由入料端进入，经过振动偏心装置震动前进，能更好的实现物料尽快脱去大部分水珠，然后进入风干线或直接装箱，大大缩短物料的干燥时间，提高产品的工作效率，该机也可用于物料的筛选、分级、布料。
