果蔬清洗漂烫加工线可以用于青菜，大白菜，叶菜等蔬菜的清洗，漂烫，冷却，脱水加工。

1、工艺流程：

Process flow:

以高压风机风力或水泵的压力使水产生搅拌运动，使物料在水中翻滚，从而达到清洗果蔬效果，适用于中小规格果蔬的清洗(与水果外形无关)，节水效果好。

2、工作原理：

Working principle:

该机由机架、水箱、风机(水泵)、提升机、循环冲洗水泵、传动部分等几部分组成，工作时由于水中风力(压力)的存在，果蔬在水中剧烈翻滚搅动，清洗水经过过滤后，由循环冲洗泵加压至进料口喷管回冲，喷管方向可调，物料被喷管喷出的高压水得以再次冲洗，并朝着出口方向漂移，出口处置至刮板提升机，刮板提升机的速度可调(调节刮板提升机速度到所需的生产能力)，将冲来的果蔬送至下道工序(可根据用户要求在出口刮板提升机上加喷淋管，进一步进行喷洗)。也可根据用户不同的物料，加工不同的提升结构。

3、特点：

Features:

蔬菜表面的泥沙会脱落，沉淀到底部隔离仓，防止了翻扬回流。而从蔬菜上洗落下来的杂物和小虫会漂浮在水面，然后被网孔收集，溢出水槽的水流被排除水箱，进入尼龙袋中。蔬菜被蔬菜清洗机洗干净后，再经过喷淋的清洗，然后通过传送带送出，传送带末端有一个吹起装置，没有被清理掉的杂物吹落。
