洗袋清洗风干流水线有滚筒洗袋机、提升机、振动筛、风干线、破袋挑选机五台设备组成，首先将物料直接倒入破袋挑选机内进行破袋挑选，然后进入到洗袋机内由前半段加洗液清洗，采用循环水泵，蒸汽加热系统，变频调速、自动控温，清洗后进入清水喷淋区，清洗干净后直接进入振动筛，由振动筛将大部分水珠震动掉后进入风干线，风干完毕后直接装箱即可。

1、洗袋风干流水线第一步是通过破袋挑选机对包装袋进行挑选，将破损的包装袋给挑选出来。设备架体采用不锈钢304材质，不锈钢输送网带。物料倒进破袋挑选机，利用水的浮力进行破袋的挑选，同时具有均匀布料的功能。

4、洗袋清洗风干流水线的第四步是进入到风干线进行风干，首先前半部分通过大功率高温风机对产品进行风干，后半部分是高温烘干，将产品表面残留的最后一点水分给烘干掉。常温风干段各风机可独立控制，客户可根据产品干燥程度自行控制风机个数，降低能耗。高温烘干段采用蒸汽盘管加热，烘干包装袋外表吹干水珠后的潮气，同时为了保证低温天气水份蒸发慢时的风干效果。
