该设备清洗、挑选、振动沥水、风干/烘干于一体，清洗效率高、自动连续清洗，省水率高于70%。主要用于高低温杀菌后，产品表面油垢、污渍的连续清洗及风干，可按需要订做，并可直接并入装箱实现流水化生产。

The equipment is integrated with cleaning, selection, vibration, waterlogging, air drying/drying, with high cleaning efficiency and automatic continuous cleaning, and the water saving rate is higher than 70%. It is mainly used for continuous cleaning and air drying of oil and dirt on product surface after high and low temperature sterilization.

整机全部采用SUS304不锈钢加工制造，将清洗的产品或杀菌后的产品输入输送网带，无极调速控制，运行平稳经设备的强劲风力及时将物料表面的残留水滴去除，除水干燥既可进入下面加工环节，简化了生产工艺，提高了生产效率。

The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel processing and manufacturing, will be cleaned products or sterilized products into the transmission network belt, stepless speed control, smooth operation through the strong wind of the equipment in time to remove the residual water droplets on the material surface, in addition to water drying can enter the following processing links, simplify the production process, improve the production efficiency.
