1、问题一：无法自动释放真空？

原因：消真空电磁阀堵塞或损坏

解决方法：检查清洗电磁阀或更换。

解决方法：a.调节链条松紧调节螺栓或加油。b.通过轴承加油嘴加油。c.定期更换减速机机油（参照减速机说明书）。

Reason: a. Chain is too loose or oil loss rust b. Sprocket wheel oil loss rust or wear c

Solution: a. Adjust the chain tension adjustment bolts or oil. B. Refuel through bearing nozzles. C. Change the reducer oil regularly (refer to the reducer manual).

3、问题三：滚筒不能自动定位？

原因：a. 微动开关损坏 b. 电机刹车损坏 c. 变频器故障

解决方法：a.更换微动开关 b.联系厂家维修 c.参照变频器说明书排除故障

3. Problem 3: the drum cannot be positioned automatically.

Cause: a. damage of micro switch b. damage of motor brake c. failure of inverter

Solution: a. Replace the micro switch b. Contact the manufacturer for maintenance c

4、问题四：未按设定时间工作？

原因：a. 总时间继电器故障 b. 工作/暂停时间继电器故障

解决方法：更换时间继电器
